David and Ger, warm congratulations on your cycle successes after your years of TTC - it is wonderful when it works out!

Sal, all the very best to you with your forays across to the UK. Travelling abroad for treatment is not an easy option but my own experience has been that some clinics in UK are further ahead with cutting edge treatments compared with those here in Ireland. Of course, this doesn't mean that I wouldn't recommend clinics here in Ireland - I certainly would, and do. But for some people, what's available here isn't enough to ensure success. I really hope that you do finally have success on your next cycle with whichever clinic you choose to attend across the water.
