pathogens

Hi guys,

i am new to this site.  I am  35 and DH is 36.  we are just about to embark on our fourth journey of ivf.  about 9mths before our third attempt I had both tubes removed because of chlamydia infection. what I am now wondering  if I have pathogen's in my body because I was never treated for chlamydia.  after tubal removal I really  thought that this would be it, that the toxic liquid that had been stored in my tubes were cause  of implantatiuon failure.   But now it is obvious now that there are other issues.   God, it couldnt get any worse,  don't know what to do, decisions have to be made, do I use donor eggs, or do I get all the neccessary tests that they now do with 3 failed attempts and hope for the best.  Not likely, this is the last bit of savings we have left.  So we have to try and make the best possible decisions that need to be made.   I was also wondering about auto-immune testing.  also does anybody know of a particular clinic that deals with cases like mine.  any suggestions are welcome.. cheers
