When I read your posts I think Your another me if you get my drift like you I olso married later  in life I  always knew I wanted children but Mr Right just took a very long time to come along and although I also enyoyed my twenties and thirties I always felt abit sad that I might never get to have my own children as opposed to constantly babysitting friends and family I wanted a baby I didn't have to give back.  Parenthood was not prosponed so much as by choice but by circumstances.  But now a new door has been opened   for us and instead of you can not have a baby its now you possibly can, Not may be only a wee word but removing it from the equation means an awful lot. Take care and look after yourselves

ps I love the idea of someone standing up in the waiting room It would be very thearpautic and could really take off

I am so excited for you fingers crossed all is well with your lining scan and the next two months Your news has cheered me up big time I have had good and bad days since talking to you and your news has defentily made today a good one. Out of courosity how many doners did you get to pick from and was the information you recieved what you expected. We r going to the next meeting in dublin 7th march r you going to be there I would love a proper chat but at the same time don't want to bombard you.( well a wee bit of me does but in a nice way) I am sure you are ready and in away the way sims do embyro transfer takes some of the pressure off in that they don't "defrost" day 2 embyies until your ready that covers the physical side. You have had a long wait and the finishing line is in sight it must be both very exciting plus nerve reconkoning  at the same time. How long was it from your dh quaratine time up to getting to pick doner  we r following in your footsteps and will be out of the 3 month quaratine period.in a fortnight.  Your news is great and I am delighted for you. Look after yourself and take care and hopefully some day i will get to chat to you in person.

Glad to here my news chered you up.

We got to pick from about ten donners but only one had what we were looking for ie same blood group ,hair and eye colour, as my dh and i are alike in that respect ,we also got to know her hight and weight what age she was her hobbies education and job , her perents if alive or not and what age they were also if she has any children.and there age s Its werd pressing the send button" one small step one giant leap"

What time and where is the meeting on ?  If i can ide love to make it.

Our quarntine time was up in january i cant remember exact date but it took about six weeks  not long.So you should be mid april ?
